The Rock River Storm Water Group (RRSG) is a coalition of communities from Waupun to Beloit committed to improving the health of the Rock River and other local waterways in the Rock River watershed. The group is responsible for stormwater public education and outreach in the Lower and Upper Rock Basins across 15 municipalities and uses the Protect Wisconsin Waterways brand to encourage residents to proactively take steps to prevent stormwater pollutants from entering local waterways.
